Custom orders require extended processing times and may involve additional costs depending on materials and craftsmanship complexity.

Important Notes

  • All custom or made-to-measure pieces are non-returnable,
    except in the rare event of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • Measurements provided must be accurate; BLACKELLE® is not responsible for incorrect sizing resulting from wrong client measurements.
